These early 1960s Siemens and Halske CCa tubes are a premium quality E88CC / 6DJ8 type.

This precisely matched pair has the following characteristics:

creases on the top of the bottle
the Siemens and Halske factory code etched along the bottom of the glass
gray risers
round shield with two raised rectangular sections on opposite sides
halo getter with wide support post
white label with the Siemens logo printed on the front and Made in Germany printed on the back (the condition of the labels varies--see photo)
a double digit number imprinted on the glass between the pins
gold pins
