Description

This late 1970s GEC A2900 tube is a premium quality Genalex 12AT7 tube type. It was made in England by the Marconi-Osram Valve Company (MOV). It has wide black plates and a large halo getter. The glass has a tan decal with the Genalex logo.

Test Results

These tubes are screened for gas, heater-cathode leakage, shorts, and excessive noise and microphonics. They are tested at typical operating voltages on a laboratory grade Amplitrex AT1000 (manual setting, fixed bias mode). Learn more about our testing process here.
