The reissue Genalex Gold Lion 12AT7 / ECC81 / B739 tube is New Sensor's modern-day effort to recreate the renowned sound signature of the vintage European original. This Russian-made version features long ribbed plates, a dual post dish getter, and gold pins. The Gold Lion ECC81 is an excellent choice for upgrading the stock 12AT7 tubes in your tube audio gear.
Testing
These tubes are screened for gas, heater-cathode leakage, shorts, and excessive noise and microphonics. They are tested at typical operating voltages on a laboratory grade Amplitrex AT1000 (manual setting, fixed bias mode).
