This 1960s Mullard GZ34 / 5AR4 rectifier tube was made in Great Britain (f32 series).
It has plates with 4 notches and a hole in the centering pin. The red print on the glass has the Hammond logo and the Blackburn factory code is etched in the glass.
Tube tests as new and ships in a new white box.
