This late 1950s-early 1960s Philips EZ80 / 6V4 rectifier tube has a gray plates and a D getter. The white print on the glass has the GE logo and says "made in Holland." The Sittard or Bruxelles factory code is etched in the glass.
Tube tests as new and ships in its original box.
