Description

This vintage Svetlana 6H13C dual triode power tube is a Russian 6AS7G tube type popular in OTL and headphone amplifiers. It was made in St Petersburg before the Svetlana logo was purchased by New Sensor. It has black plates and dual bottom getters with lots of flashing. The label has the "Winged C" logo. Photo is a sample from the lot.

Testing

This tube tests as new with very low noise. It was tested at typical operating voltages on a laboratory grade Amplitrex AT1000 (manual setting, fixed bias mode). This testing process also includes screening for gas, heater-cathode leakage, and shorts. This tube has also been screened for noise and excessive microphonics in our OTL headphone amp.
