This military spec Sylvania 6SL7GT / VT-229 tube has round black plates and a bottom getter. The full black octal base has white print that reads "JAN-CHS-6SL7GT VT-229."
Tube tests as new with balanced sections. It ships in its original box or a new white box.

This very rare 1944 Tung-Sol 6SL7GT is one of the earliest versions of the 6SL7. It has round plates and black glass. Tube tests at 85% with matched plates and very low noise.
