This 1949 Sylvania 6SN7GT tube has the same structure as the military spec VT-231 from the 1949-1953 "Bad Boy" era of Sylvania 6SN7 production.
It has a medium bottle, bottom getter, and early black plates with 2 rivets. The full black base has green print with the Sylvania lightning logo.
Tube tests as new and ships in a new white box.
